It celebrates the arrival of this year’s Beaujolais Nouveau wine to the Rocky Mountain Region and gathers over 600 French and American business leaders, Francophiles, and food and wine enthusiasts from across the Denver metro area. The event features a culinary challenge for over 20 Colorado chefs who showcase their cuisine by creating French-inspired dishes paired with Beaujolais Nouveau wine.
